We offer the following exercises:

1. Meridian Activation (TCM)
Meridians are considered "energy channels" in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). With simple and effective exercises, you will learn to activate them, for greater alertness and vitality in your daily life.

2. Stretch & Relax
After stretching the body to bring it into balance, you will learn one of the most effective exercises in mindfulness training: the Body Scan. This technique fosters the connection between body and mind.

3. Neuro-athletic Training
Using simple eye exercises, you will learn how to activate the Vagus nerve and thereby use the brain to experience more relaxation, wakefulness and presence.

4. Spine Mobilization
By moving the spine in all directions, you will learn how to both relax and hold yourself in a more upright position. With the newly opened-up breathing space, you will supply your cells with more oxygen and new energy.

5. The Skyscraper
This visualization will help you zoom out of your daily life and body, and gain new perspective. Distance creates clarity. Being clear helps us make better decisions for ourselves.
